THE NATIONAL MARITIME MUSEUM  ROYAL BARGE

 

BankGiro Loterij pitch / Funding Royal Barge

We collaborated with the Museum in an initial pitch to get extra funding from the BankGiro Loterij, an organization that supports cultural projects, for the restoration of The Royal Barge.

 

And we won! One million euro to be specific. Well, not us, the Museum of course.

 

After a long time of restoration, the Royal Barge was finally going back to where she belonged, in the National Maritime Museum.

 

The campaign

The homecoming was celebrated. We started with a teasing campaign in which royals and presidents from the past informed the public about the barge.

 

In former days for the Royals, now available for everybody

Followed by a campaign to tell the public that the barge was no longer exclusively for royals and presidents, but for everyone. In the National Maritime Museum.
