I WANT MY SWEATER BACK!

 

When HEMA celebrated its 85th birthday they re-launched one of the popular products they used to sell back in the day: The HEMA Knitting book. Full of knitting patterns.

 

To promote this they asked us to come up with a social media campaign.

 

We introduced

Ik Wil Mijn Trui Terug!

I Want My Sweater Back!

 

We all had them as a kid; those awesome 80's/90's knitted sweaters. This is your chance to get one of your favorite old sweaters back! How? We created a special Facebook page where you could upload a youth picture of you in your favorite sweater. All the pictures ended up in a gallery where people could vote and the ten sweaters with the most votes were re-knitted in your current size, by our special Granny Knitting Team.

And of course all the winners received a free copy of the HEMA Knitting book.
